CMCAR® ANNOUNCES NEW PRESIDENT AND 2010 BOARD OF DIRECTORS

Cape May County Association of REALTORS® (CMCAR®) announces Carol Anderson, as its 2010 President. Currently an agent with Coastline Realty in Cape May, Anderson has been a licensed REALTOR® since 2002. Boasting numerous national REALTOR® designations including REBAC® (Real Estate Buyers’ Agent) RSPS® (Resort & Second Home Property Specialist) AHWD® (At Home with Diversity) SRES® (Senior Real Estate Specialist) ABR® (Accredited Buyer Representation) and GREEN, Anderson is also a National Association of REALTORS® (NAR®) instructor for the REALTOR® professional development programs “Home from Work” and “At Home with Diversity”.
As CMCAR® President, Anderson’s goals for the upcoming year can be all rolled up into one word…PARTICIPATE. Whether it is encouraging REALTOR® members to support legislative bills affecting all REALTORS®, or encouraging members to participate and volunteer their time serving on local committees, Anderson stands behind these words. A CMCAR® director for three years on the local level and as the Cultural Diversity/Equal Opportunity Housing Committee Chairperson on the state level in 2009, Anderson was recently appointed as NJARS® 2010 Region 5 (Cape May County, Ocean City and Atlantic County) Education Events Coordinator.
