Patricia Gray Hendricks CMCAR® 2011 REALTOR® of the Year

Patricia (Tricia) Gray Hendricks, a Broker-Associate with Wilsey Realty, LLC of Cape May, is Cape May County Association of REALTORS® (CMCAR®) 2011 REALTOR® of the Year. This annual award recognizes one member of CMCAR® who demonstrates a commitment to the REALTORS® Code of Ethics, the furtherance of good real estate practices among real estate licensees and the general public, and dedication to the organization.
Hendricks, a Cape May resident since 1985, was the first female Commodore of the Corinthian Yacht Club of Cape May. Over this 26-year period, she has gained extensive experience in various facets of Cape May real estate from investing, owning, and renting properties to exterior and interior remodeling/renovations and associated zoning issues.
Distinguishing herself and work among her buyers and seller, Hendricks has earned a variety of prestigious REALTOR® designations. She holds the Certified Residential Specialist (CRS), Graduate Realtor Institute (GRI), Accredited Buyer Representative (ABR), Resort and Second Home Property Specialist (RSPS), Senior Real Estate Specialist ® (SRES) and the Short Sale and Foreclosure Resource (SFR) designations. Hendricks’s commitment to continuing education is evident by her role as co-chair of the CMCAR® Education Committee and serving on the statewide New Jersey Association of REALTORS® Education & Professional Designations Committee.
Hendricks was honored with the New Jersey Association of REALTORS® (NJAR®) Circle of Excellence Award in 2010 and 2011. Only 6% of New Jersey REALTORS® achieve this prestigious award. On the local level she serves as Director for the CMCAR® Board of Directors and will continue to serve in 2012.
Along with all the REALTORS® of the Year selected by other New Jersey local boards/associations of REALTORS®, Hendricks will be honored by NJAR® during the Triple Play REALTOR® Convention & Trade Expo in Atlantic City on December 6th.
