CMCAR® RE-ELECTS GROETSCH AS PRESIDENT AND ANNOUNCES 2012 BOARD OF DIRECTORS

Cape May County Association of REALTORS® (CMCAR®) announces 2011 CMCAR President, Brian Groetsch, Jr. was re-elected to a consecutive term as 2012 CMCAR® President. Currently an agent with RE/MAX at the Shore, Groetsch, a Cape May native, has been a licensed REALTOR® since 2004. Boasting numerous national REALTOR® designations including CRS® (Certified Residential Specialist) GRI® (Graduate REALTOR® Institute) ABR® (Accredited Buyer Representation), SRES® (Seniors Real Estate Specialist) and ePRO, Groetsch also earned his NJ State Brokers License in 2007.
Looking forward to a second term in 2012 as President of CMCAR®, Groetsch sees the importance of maintaining the REALTORS® position as the Voice of Real Estate and the leading advocate for home ownership and private property rights in Cape May County. “While more signs begin to point towards recovery in our local housing markets, we will continue to provide our members and community with the tools and information to allow them to meet the challenges that lie ahead,” stresses Groetsch.
Serving on the CMCAR® board of directors since 2008 in the capacity of Director, Secretary and Vice President, Groetsch has also chaired and served on several association committees. In 2010, he was appointed as a director to the New Jersey Association of REALTORS® (NJAR®) and will continue through 2012. He has also emerged as a four time NJAR® “Bronze” Circle of Excellence Award recipient from 2008-2011.
